The mix of herbal and citrus flavors is balanced and light. I find it perfect for warm afternoons or those casual get-togethers that just sort of happen.
Whenever I serve this, it stands out—guests always notice that unique taste and the simple charm.

Notes
Tasting Notes
First sip of the Lavender Pimm’s Cup? I immediately get that delicate aroma of lavender. The floral scent is gentle, inviting, and it meshes surprisingly well with the classic Pimm’s spice.
On my palate, the drink feels light and crisp. The lavender flavor is present, but it doesn’t bulldoze the citrus and cucumber notes from the Pimm’s and garnishes.
Flavor Highlights:
- Subtle lavender
- Fresh cucumber
- Citrus brightness
- Hints of herbal spice
The cocktail has just a touch of sweetness from the lemonade, but it stays refreshing—not heavy at all. The herbal notes from the lavender add something unique, but you can still taste the original Pimm’s character coming through.
The finish is clean and just a bit floral. If I use mint as a garnish, there’s a trace of it at the end, which adds another layer of freshness.
This drink pairs well with light snacks or honestly, it’s great on its own.
