Ingredients

• 2 bottles 750ml each dry white wine like Pinot Grigio
• 4 ripe white peaches sliced

• 1/4 cup simple syrup
• 1 cup club soda
• Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
• Ice cubes for serving

Instructions
