Ingredients

1 ripe pear peeled, cored, and diced
1- inch piece of fresh ginger peeled and sliced
1 ½ oz vodka
½ oz fresh lemon juice
¾ oz simple syrup
Sparkling water about 3 oz
Ice cubes
Pear slice or twist and fresh mint for garnish optional

Substitute
