Ingredients

• 2 ripe kiwis peeled and chopped
• 2 oz gin
• 1 oz elderflower liqueur
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• Club soda
• Ice cubes
• Kiwi slice for garnish

Instructions

• Peel and chop the kiwis into small pieces.
