For one cocktail:
- 1 ripe pear peeled and chopped (Bartlett or Anjou work well)
- 1½ oz vanilla vodka
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 2-3 oz champagne or prosecco
- Ice cubes
- Thin pear slice for garnish
Choose a ripe, fragrant pear for the best flavor. If you don't have vanilla vodka, use regular vodka and add ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract.
