In a large pitcher, pour pineapple juice, coconut water, lime juice, and simple syrup. Stir well to combine.
Add sparkling water just before serving. Stir gently to avoid losing carbonation.
Pour the mixture into ice-filled glasses. Leave about 1 inch of space at the top.
