  • Ice cube tray

  • Citrus juicer

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple juice
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup
  • 2 cups sparkling water
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Pineapple wedges for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Fill glasses halfway with ice cubes.
  • In a large pitcher, pour pineapple juice, coconut water, lime juice, and simple syrup. Stir well to combine.
  • Add sparkling water just before serving. Stir gently to avoid losing carbonation.
  • Pour the mixture into ice-filled glasses. Leave about 1 inch of space at the top.
  • Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves and pineapple wedges.

Notes

Make fresh pineapple juice for the best taste. Store-bought works too.
Keep the sparkling water cold before mixing. Room temperature sparkling water goes flat faster.
This recipe serves 4-6 people. Double the ingredients for larger groups.
Store leftover mixture without sparkling water in the fridge for up to 2 days. Add fizzy water when ready to serve.
