This refreshing drink combines sweet strawberries with tangy hibiscus tea for a beautiful ruby-red beverage perfect for warm days or special occasions.
Brew hibiscus tea using 4 tea bags in 4 cups of hot water. Let steep for 5 minutes, then chill.
Place sliced strawberries in a large pitcher. Add honey and muddle gently to release juices.
Pour in the chilled hibiscus tea and lime juice. Stir until honey dissolves completely.
Strain mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a clean pitcher.
Add sparkling water just before serving.
Fill tall glasses with ice and pour the mocktail mixture over.
