Notes
Use very cold ingredients for the best results. Keep prosecco and peach juice in the refrigerator until ready to serve.Fresh berries enhance both taste and appearance. Frozen berries work but may cloud the drink. You can make the cocktail in larger batches for parties. Mix prosecco and peach juice in a pitcher, then add club soda and garnishes to each glass.Store leftover peach juice in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
