Notes
Spiced simple syrup can be made ahead and kept in the fridge for up to a week. Store-bought versions also work well if I’m short on time. For a less sweet cocktail, I can use dry prosecco or reduce the syrup. Apple brandy can be added for a stronger cocktail, though that’s totally optional.I use real apple cider, not apple juice, for the richest taste. Adjust spices and garnish to fit the season or your own preferences—it’s flexible.
