Notes
Store sangria in the fridge for up to 48 hours. The fruit will get softer the longer it soaks. For best results, use fresh, ripe seasonal fruits. In summer, add peaches and berries. In winter, use apples and pears.Choose a medium-bodied Spanish red wine like Rioja or Tempranillo. Avoid expensive wines, as the fruit and mixers will change the taste.Keep the pitcher cold during serving by placing it in a bowl of ice.
