  • Muddler
  • Tall glass
  • Ice
  • Sharp knife and cutting board

Ingredients

  • 2 oz premium vodka
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 2-3 fresh rosemary sprigs
  • Club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Orange wheel for garnish

Instructions

  • Take one rosemary sprig and place it in the cocktail shaker.
  • Muddle the rosemary gently to release its oils.
  • Add vodka, fresh lemon juice, orange juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake for 10-15 seconds until well chilled.
  • Fill a tall glass with fresh ice cubes.
  • Strain the mixture into the glass.
  • Top with club soda and stir gently.
  • Garnish with an orange wheel and remaining rosemary sprig.

Notes

The drink can be made ahead of time, except for the club soda. Store the mixed ingredients in the fridge for up to 4 hours.
For a stronger rosemary flavor, let the sprigs sit in the vodka for 1-2 hours before mixing.
Fresh citrus juice makes a big difference in taste compared to bottled juice.
To make simple syrup, mix equal parts sugar and hot water until dissolved. Let cool before using.
