  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 2-3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • Ginger beer

  • Grapefruit wedge and rosemary sprig for garnish
  • Fresh ingredients are key. Squeeze the grapefruit and lime juices right before mixing.

Instructions

  • Put 2 rosemary sprigs in the shaker and muddle gently.
  • Add vodka, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.

  • Strain the mixture into a copper mug or tall glass filled with ice.
  • Top with ginger beer.
