  • 2 bottles dry white wine Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc
  • 1 cup blue curaçao liqueur

  • Add the sliced fruit to a large pitcher.
  • Pour the white wine, blue curaçao, and brandy over the fruit.
  • Stir gently with a wooden spoon to mix the ingredients.
  • Place the pitcher in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours to let the flavors blend.
  • Before serving, give the sangria a gentle stir.
  • Fill wine glasses with ice and pour the sangria.
  • Top each glass with a splash of club soda.
  • Garnish with extra fresh fruit from the pitcher.

Notes

The sangria can be made up to 24 hours in advance. The fruit will become softer the longer it soaks.
For a non-alcoholic version, replace the wine with white grape juice and the blue curaçao with blue fruit punch.
Store any leftover sangria in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
The blue curaçao creates the blue color, while the white fruits and red berries complete the patriotic theme.
