  • 2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz vodka
  • Club soda
  • Ice cubes

Simple Syrup Recipe:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  • Add raspberries to the shaker and muddle until crushed.
  • Pour in lemon juice, simple syrup, and vodka.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake for 15-20 seconds.
  • Double strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Top with club soda and stir gently.
  • Garnish with fresh raspberries and a lemon wheel.

For Simple Syrup:

  • Mix water and sugar in a pot
  • Heat until sugar dissolves
  • Let cool and store in fridge

Notes

Fresh raspberries make a big difference in taste compared to frozen ones.
The drink can be made non-alcoholic by skipping the vodka and adding more club soda.
Store simple syrup in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Double straining removes raspberry seeds for a smoother texture.
For extra flavor, try adding a few mint leaves during muddling.
