100mlchilled Prosecco
25mlelderflower cordial
Ice cubesoptional
Lemon twist or fresh mint sprig for garnishoptional
Instructions
Chill the Prosecco well before serving.
Place 2–3 ice cubes into each glass, if using ice.
Pour 25 ml elderflower cordial into the glass.
Top up each glass with 100 ml Prosecco, pouring slowly to avoid too many bubbles.
Stir gently with a long spoon to combine.
Garnish with a lemon twist or mint sprig.
Notes
For the best taste, I always use chilled Prosecco and quality elderflower cordial. If I want a lighter drink, I add a splash of soda water.This recipe is easy to double or triple for more people. I sometimes experiment with different garnishes, like a slice of cucumber.Honestly, I stick to simple, fresh ingredients since they make a big difference in the final flavor.
