Fill the champagne flute with ice cubes to chill the glass. Let it sit for 1 minute, then empty.
Pour the pomegranate juice into the chilled glass.
Add the prosecco slowly by tilting the glass and pouring down the side. This helps keep the bubbles.
Top with soda water.
