Notes
I always reach for fresh juices if I can—they just taste brighter and cleaner. If you’re in a rush, bottled is fine, but check the label for sneaky added sugars.Want it sweeter or a little more tart? Just play with the amount of simple syrup or honey. Sometimes I’ll add a splash more club soda right before serving for extra fizz. For a twist, edible flowers or funky-shaped ice cubes are fun touches. If you’re making this for a crowd, multiply the ingredients and mix everything except the club soda ahead of time in a pitcher.Add the club soda right before serving so it doesn’t go flat.
