Equipment

  • Large pitcher (64 oz capacity)
  • Sharp knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Long-handled spoon
  • Wine glasses
  • Measuring cups
  • Ice bucket

Ingredients

  • 2 bottles 750ml each dry white wine (Pinot Grigio works best)
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup triple sec
  • 1 fresh pineapple cut into chunks
  • 2 oranges sliced
  • 2 limes sliced
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • Club soda for topping
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Cut the pineapple into 1-inch chunks. Then, slice the oranges, limes, and lemon into thin rounds.
  • Pour the white wine into the pitcher. Then, add pineapple juice and triple sec.
  • Add the fruit pieces and mint leaves to the pitcher.
  • Place the pitcher in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours to let the flavors blend.
  • When ready to serve, fill wine glasses with ice cubes.
  • Pour the sangria mixture into each glass, leaving room at the top.
  • Top each glass with a splash of club soda and garnish with fresh fruit pieces.

Notes

Store leftover sangria in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours. The fruit will continue to infuse the drink with flavor.
Add the club soda just before serving to keep the fizz fresh.
For a stronger drink, add an extra 1/4 cup of triple sec.
Replace the triple sec with brandy for a more traditional sangria taste.
