Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 2 ripe mangos peeled and diced
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar
  • 4 cups ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Pineapple wedges for garnish

Instructions

  • Place pineapple chunks and mango pieces in the blender.
  • Add coconut water, lime juice, and honey.
  • Blend until smooth, about 30-45 seconds.
  • Add ice cubes and blend again until the mixture becomes slushy.
