A creamy holiday classic—eggnog with a cool peppermint twist, finished with whipped cream and a festive candy cane. Sweet, rich, and refreshing for any winter gathering.
Chill serving glass. Rim with crushed candy cane if desired.
Add eggnog, rum or bourbon, peppermint schnapps, vanilla, and peppermint extract to shaker with ice.
Shake 10–15 seconds until well mixed and cold. Strain into chilled glass.
Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg or cinnamon. Serve immediately.
Notes
Store-bought eggnog is great, but homemade is even better. Adjust peppermint to taste. Omit alcohol for a non-alcoholic version. Top with fresh whipped cream for a festive finish.
