Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz pear vodka or pear liqueur
  • 0.5 oz rosemary simple syrup
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 2 oz pear juice or pear nectar
  • sparkling water or Topo Chico, to top
  • ice cubes
  • rosemary sprig for garnish
  • pear slice for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  • Add pear vodka, rosemary syrup, lemon juice, and pear juice. Shake for about 10 seconds.
  • Strain into a highball glass packed with ice.
  • Top with sparkling water and give it a gentle stir.
  • Garnish with a rosemary sprig and a thin pear slice. Serve immediately while cold and fizzy.

Notes

Substitute gin for vodka for extra herbal flavor. Use pear nectar for more sweetness, or adjust syrup to taste. Serve cold and fresh for best bubbles and aroma. Rosemary simple syrup is easy—simmer equal parts sugar and water with fresh rosemary, then strain.
