Ingredients

  • 3 oz pear nectar
  • 2 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • Club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Pear slices for garnish
  • Fresh mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill the cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  • Add pear nectar, elderflower liqueur, vodka, and lemon juice to the shaker.
  • Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
  • Fill two Collins glasses with fresh ice cubes.
  • Strain the mixture evenly between the glasses.
  • Top each glass with club soda (about 2-3 oz per glass).
