1bottle750ml dry white wine (Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc)
3cupscold unsweetened iced tea
1/4cuphoney
1lemonsliced
1orangesliced
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Ice cubes for serving
Instructions
Slice the peaches, lemon, and orange into thin pieces.
Pour the white wine into the pitcher. Add the sliced fruits.
Mix the honey with 1/2 cup of the iced tea until dissolved. Add this mixture to the pitcher.
Pour in the remaining iced tea and stir gently with the wooden spoon.
Place the pitcher in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours to let the flavors blend.
Add ice to wine glasses and pour the sangria. Top each glass with fresh mint leaves.

The sangria stays fresh in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.For a stronger peach flavor, use peach-flavored iced tea instead of plain.Add a splash of peach schnapps for extra sweetness.Make a non-alcoholic version by replacing the wine with white grape juice.Fresh peaches work best, but frozen peaches can work in winter months.
