This tropical twist on the classic Paloma adds sweet passionfruit to create a refreshing tequila drink.
The mix of tart grapefruit, tangy lime, and smooth agave nectar makes a perfect summer cocktail.
Rim a Collins glass with Tajin if desired. Fill with ice and set aside.
Add tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, passionfruit puree, and agave nectar to a cocktail shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
Double strain the mixture into the prepared Collins glass using both strainers.
Top with club soda and stir gently with a bar spoon.
Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and serve immediately.
