This tropical cocktail combines fresh passion fruit juice with rum and citrus for a refreshing drink that serves 6-8 people. The sweet-tart flavor makes it perfect for parties and warm weather gatherings.
1cupfresh passion fruit juicefrom about 8-10 passion fruits
1/2cupfresh lime juice
1/2cupfresh orange juice
1/2cupsimple syrup
2cupspineapple juice
2cupsclub soda
Ice cubes

Instructions
Cut passion fruits in half and scoop out pulp into a fine-mesh strainer over a bowl. Press pulp to extract juice.
Pour rum, passion fruit juice, lime juice, orange juice, simple syrup, and pineapple juice into the punch bowl.
Stir mixture well with a long spoon to combine all ingredients.
Add ice cubes to the punch bowl.
Pour in club soda just before serving and stir gently.
Fill glasses with ice and pour in punch mixture.
Add orange slices and passion fruit seeds as garnish.
