Ingredients

  • 2 cups white rum
  • 1 cup fresh passion fruit juice from about 8-10 passion fruits
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 cup simple syrup
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 cups club soda
  • Ice cubes

Garnish: Orange slices and fresh passion fruit seeds

Instructions

  • Cut passion fruits in half and scoop out pulp into a fine-mesh strainer over a bowl. Press pulp to extract juice.
  • Pour rum, passion fruit juice, lime juice, orange juice, simple syrup, and pineapple juice into the punch bowl.
  • Stir mixture well with a long spoon to combine all ingredients.
  • Add ice cubes to the punch bowl.
  • Pour in club soda just before serving and stir gently.
  • Fill glasses with ice and pour in punch mixture.
  • Add orange slices and passion fruit seeds as garnish.

Notes

Store unused punch mixture without ice or club soda in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
Mix the non-carbonated ingredients ahead of time for easy party prep.
For a non-alcoholic version, replace rum with coconut water or additional club soda.
Adjust simple syrup amount based on the natural sweetness of your fruit juices.
