Ingredients
2cupsfresh-squeezed orange juiceabout 4-5 oranges
1cuprosemary simple syrup
2cupssparkling water
Ice cubes
Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish

For Rosemary Simple Syrup:
1cupwater
1cupgranulated sugar
4fresh rosemary sprigs
Instructions
Make the simple syrup:
Combine water and sugar in a saucepan
Add rosemary sprigs and bring to a boil
Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes
Remove from heat and let cool for 30 minutes
Strain and store in the refrigerator
Mix the mocktail:
Fill glasses with ice cubes
Pour 1/4 cup rosemary simple syrup into each glass
Add 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
Top with 1/2 cup sparkling water
Stir gently with a bar spoon
Garnish and serve:
Add a fresh rosemary sprig
Float an orange slice on top

The rosemary simple syrup stays fresh in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.Make a larger batch by keeping the same ratio of ingredients.For best results, use freshly squeezed orange juice.
