Ingredients

  • 3 oz chilled prosecco or champagne
  • 2 oz fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 oz elderflower liqueur
  • Fresh berries for garnish
  • Orange slice for garnish
  • Ice for chilling glasses
  • Optional additions:
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • Splash of cranberry juice

Instructions

  • Chill the champagne flutes in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  • Pour the elderflower liqueur into the chilled flute.
  • Add the fresh orange juice.
  • Fill the glass with prosecco or champagne, pouring slowly at an angle to maintain bubbles.
  • Then, gently stir with a bar spoon to combine ingredients.
  • Garnish with fresh berries and an orange slice.
