Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 cup cold sparkling water or club soda
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons apple juice
  • 2 tablespoons cranberry juice
  • 1 cinnamon stick plus extra for garnish
  • 1/4 teaspoon maple sugar optional, for rimming the glass
  • Dash vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Fill your highball glass halfway with ice cubes.
  • Add maple syrup, lemon juice, apple juice, cranberry juice, and a dash of vanilla extract to the glass.
  • Stir until everything is well combined.
  • Drop in the cinnamon stick.
  • Slowly pour the sparkling water or club soda into the glass, allowing it to fizz.
