Add mango chunks to a blender and blend until smooth to make fresh puree.
Fill the cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Pour rum, mango puree, passion fruit juice, lime juice, and simple syrup into the shaker.

Store leftover mango puree in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.For a non-alcoholic version, replace rum with coconut water.Fresh passion fruit can be used instead of juice.
