Ingredients

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1 oz fresh mango puree
  • 1 oz passion fruit juice
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Club soda
  • Mango slice and mint sprig for garnish

Instructions

  • Add mango chunks to a blender and blend until smooth to make fresh puree.
  • Fill the cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  • Pour rum, mango puree, passion fruit juice, lime juice, and simple syrup into the shaker.
  • Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
  • Top with a splash of club soda and stir gently.
  • Garnish with a mango slice and mint sprig.

Notes

Store leftover mango puree in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
For a non-alcoholic version, replace rum with coconut water.
Fresh passion fruit can be used instead of juice. Simply scoop out the pulp of 2-3 fruits and strain out the seeds.
To make a big batch, multiply ingredients by the number of servings needed. Mix in a punch bowl just before serving.
