Ingredients

  • 2 oz 60ml Malibu coconut rum
  • 4 oz 120ml pineapple juice
  • Ice cubes

Optional garnishes: pineapple wedge, maraschino cherry

Instructions

  • Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour 2 oz of Malibu coconut rum over the ice.
  • Add 4 oz of pineapple juice.
  • Stir gently with a spoon for 10-15 seconds to combine and chill.
  • Add garnishes if desired.

Notes

The drink can be shaken in a cocktail shaker for a frothier texture.
For best results, use cold pineapple juice and fresh ice.
The ratio can be adjusted to taste. Use more rum for a stronger drink or more juice for a milder one.
Store-bought or fresh pineapple juice both work well. Fresh juice makes a more vibrant drink.
