Instructions
Add mint leaves and simple syrup to the shaker. Muddle gently to release oils.
Add lychees to the shaker and muddle until broken down but not completely crushed.
Pour in lychee juice and fill shaker with ice cubes.
Next, shake the mixture vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
