Notes
This cocktail works best with very cold ingredients. Store both the limoncello and Prosecco in the refrigerator before mixing. The drink can be made sweeter by adding more limoncello or less sweet by adding more Prosecco. For large parties, prepare the glasses and lemon twists ahead of time. Add the liquids just before serving to keep the bubbles fresh.Store leftover limoncello in the freezer - it won't freeze solid due to its alcohol content.
