Notes
This cocktail is best enjoyed fresh, but you can prep some ingredients ahead of time. Make the lavender syrup up to a week in advance and store it in the fridge. You can also juice lemons ahead and keep the juice refrigerated for 2-3 days.Adjust the sweetness to your taste by adding more or less lavender syrup. For a stronger lavender flavor, muddle a few fresh lavender buds in the shaker before adding the other ingredients.Try experimenting with different gins to find your favorite. A London Dry style works well, but a floral gin can enhance the lavender notes.
