Lavender Blackberry Smash Cocktail Recipe
This Lavender Blackberry Smash mixes fresh blackberries, lavender syrup, and gin for a flavorful drink. I love the way the fruity and floral notes play together, and it’s honestly easy to make at home.

Notes

If I don’t have dried lavender on hand, I’ll just buy lavender syrup from the store or order some online. For a mocktail, I skip the gin and use more club soda or toss in a splash of sparkling lemonade.
Sometimes I swap in vodka or white rum instead of gin, depending on my mood. The lavender flavor can get intense fast, so I start with less syrup and add more if I want it stronger after a taste test.
Fresh garnishes make the cocktail look and smell extra special. I always serve it right after making it so the flavors stay bright and fresh—waiting too long just dulls everything.
