Add kiwi pieces, coconut milk, simple syrup, and lime juice to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove kiwi seeds.
Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in the strained kiwi mixture and coconut water.
Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Fill serving glasses with fresh ice cubes.
