Ingredients

  • 4 cups brewed jasmine green tea chilled
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup white rum
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice

  • 1 cup club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime slices and mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  • Brew the jasmine green tea and let it cool completely.
  • In a large pitcher, mix the cooled tea, pineapple juice, rum, lime juice, and simple syrup.
  • Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  • Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours to chill thoroughly.
  • Just before serving, add the club soda and stir gently.
  • Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour in the punch.
  • Garnish each glass with a lime slice and mint sprig.
  • Chilling the mixture allows the flavors to blend. Adding club soda at the end keeps it fizzy.
