Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Muddler
  • Strainer
  • Measuring jigger
  • Tall glass
  • Bar spoon
  • Cutting board and knife
  • Ice cube tray

Ingredients

  • 4-5 fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 6-8 fresh raspberries
  • 6-8 fresh blueberries
  • 4-5 fresh blackberries
  • 1 tbsp lime juice fresh
  • 1-2 tsp simple syrup, honey, or agave nectar to taste
  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime wedge and fresh mint sprig for garnish

Instructions

  • Toss berries into a cocktail shaker with mint leaves and lime juice. Gently muddle to release juices.
  • Add sweetener and fill shaker with ice. Shake lightly to mix but keep bubbles intact.
  • Strain into a tall glass packed with fresh ice.
  • Top with sparkling water or club soda and stir gently. Garnish with lime wedge, mint sprig, or extra berries.

Notes

Use whatever berries you have on hand—adjust sweetness for ripeness. Serve immediately for best fizz. Don’t over-muddle mint or it gets bitter. Wait to add sparkling water until ready to serve.
