Ingredients

  • 3 ripe peaches pitted and sliced
  • 2 cups white rum
  • 1 cup fresh ginger juice
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup simple syrup
  • 4 cups peach nectar
  • 2 cups club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Peach slices for garnish

Instructions

  • Add sliced peaches to the punch bowl.
  • Pour rum, ginger juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, and peach nectar into the bowl.
  • Stir the mixture gently for 30 seconds to combine all ingredients.
  • Add club soda right before serving.
  • Fill the bowl with ice cubes and stir once more.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves and peach slices.

Notes

Make this drink non-alcoholic by replacing rum with extra peach nectar.
Store any leftover punch without ice for up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
Strain the ginger juice through a fine mesh strainer to remove pulp.
For best results, use perfectly ripe peaches. If peaches aren't in season, substitute with frozen peaches.
