  • Ice bucket or bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 2 cups cranberry juice
  • 1 cup lemon-lime soda chilled
  • ½ cup lime juice freshly squeezed
  • ½ cup simple syrup adjust to taste
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 orange sliced
  • 1 lime sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks fresh or canned
  • Ice cubes as needed

Instructions

  • In a punch bowl, combine pineapple juice, orange juice, cranberry juice, and lime juice.
  • Stir to blend the juices evenly.
  • Add simple syrup and mix again. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Add mint leaves, orange slices, lime slices, and pineapple chunks. Stir gently to mix.
  • Add a generous amount of ice cubes to keep the punch cold.
  • Slowly pour in the lemon-lime soda just before serving. Stir gently.
  • Ladle into glasses, making sure to include some fruit and mint in each serving
