  • Jigger or measuring cup
  • Bar spoon or long-handled spoon

Ingredients

  • 2 oz elderflower syrup
  • 4 oz sparkling water
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 lemon wheel for garnish
  • 1 sprig fresh mint for garnish
  • Optional: 2-3 cucumber slices

Instructions

  • Fill a large wine glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour 2 oz elderflower syrup into the glass.
  • Add 1 oz fresh lemon juice.
  • Top with 4 oz sparkling water.
  • Gently stir with a bar spoon to combine ingredients.
  • Garnish with a lemon wheel and fresh mint sprig.
  • Add cucumber slices if using.
  • Serve right away while bubbles are fresh.

The elderflower syrup can be store-bought or homemade. Many grocery stores carry brands like Monin or Belvoir.
