Add chopped cucumbers to the blender with 2 cups of water. Blend until smooth.
Strain the cucumber mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher.
Heat 1 cup of water until almost boiling. Add dried lavender and let steep for 5 minutes.
Strain the lavender tea and let it cool completely.
Mix the cucumber juice, cooled lavender tea, lime juice, and honey in the pitcher.
Add the remaining water and stir well.
Fill tall glasses with ice cubes.
Pour the mixture into glasses, filling them 3/4 full.
Top each glass with club soda.
Garnish with cucumber ribbons, lavender sprigs, and lime wheels.
