- 2 oz 60ml coconut cream
- 1 oz 30ml fresh lime juice (about 1-2 limes)
- ½ oz 15ml simple syrup
- 4 oz 120ml club soda or sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Lime wheel and toasted coconut flakes for garnish
For simple syrup: Mix equal parts sugar and water in a small pot. Heat until sugar dissolves completely. Cool before using.
