Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • Club soda
  • Fresh blueberries and lemon wheel for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add blueberries to the cocktail shaker and muddle until crushed.
  • Pour in the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake for 15 seconds.
  • Strain the mixture into a Collins glass filled with ice.
  • Top with club soda and stir gently.
  • Garnish with fresh blueberries and a lemon wheel.

Notes

The drink can be made sweeter by adding more simple syrup in 1/4 oz increments.
Fresh blueberries work best, but frozen ones can be used in a pinch.
