Notes
Chilled juices and coconut cream make it taste way better. Want it thicker? Add more coconut cream. Lighter? Use coconut milk instead. The blue curaçao syrup gives it that wild color and a hint of citrus. Can’t find it? Mix some orange syrup with a drop or two of blue food coloring. Fresh lime juice really wakes it up.Making it ahead? Just mix everything but the ice and soda, stash it in the fridge, and pour over ice when you’re ready to serve.
