Ingredients
Mixed berries 1 cup Fresh or frozen
strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries
Honey 2 tbsp Or maple syrup
Lime juice ¼ cup Fresh-squeezed if possible
Sparkling water 1 cup Chilled
Ice cubes 1 cup For serving
Mint leaves A few For garnish
Extra berries A few For garnish
Optional honey To taste If sweeter drink is preferred
Instructions
Add the mixed berries, honey, and lime juice to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Strain the mixture into a pitcher using a fine mesh strainer to remove seeds and pulp.
Add ice cubes to the pitcher, then pour in the sparkling water.
Stir gently. Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey if needed.
Pour into tall glasses.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves and extra berries.
Serve immediately while cold and bubbly.
