Equipment

  • Champagne flutes
  • Blender
  • Fine-mesh strainer
  • Measuring jigger
  • Small spoon for stirring

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe peaches peeled and pitted
  • 1 bottle prosecco chilled
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar optional
  • Ice cubes for chilling
  • Peach slices for garnish

Instructions

  • Place peeled peaches in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Strain the peach puree through a fine-mesh strainer to remove any pulp.
  • Add lemon juice to the strained puree and mix well. Add sugar if needed for sweetness.
  • Pour 2 ounces of peach puree into each champagne flute.
  • Slowly fill each glass with chilled prosecco, stirring gently.
  • Garnish with a fresh peach slice and serve right away.

Notes

Store extra peach puree in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
The drink tastes best when both the prosecco and peach puree are well chilled.
For a non-alcoholic version, replace prosecco with sparkling water or your favorite sparkling cider.
White peaches can be used instead of yellow peaches for a sweeter taste.
