This fruity peach cocktail brings a taste of summer to any occasion. Mixed with crisp prosecco and fresh peach puree, it creates a light and refreshing drink perfect for beach days or backyard parties.
Place peeled peaches in a blender and blend until smooth.
Strain the peach puree through a fine-mesh strainer to remove any pulp.
Add lemon juice to the strained puree and mix well. Add sugar if needed for sweetness.
Pour 2 ounces of peach puree into each champagne flute.
Slowly fill each glass with chilled prosecco, stirring gently.
Garnish with a fresh peach slice and serve right away.
