Ingredients
- 2 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur (or a similar elderflower liqueur)
- 2 oz blood orange juice or fresh grapefruit juice (plain orange juice is totally fine too)

- 4 oz chilled sparkling wine, prosecco, cava, or dry champagne
- Small wedge of lemon or blood orange for garnish
