Making a refreshing drink for any gathering can feel tricky. I want to share a simple and flavorful option.
My Lavender Pineapple Punch Mocktail Recipe combines sweet pineapple juice with a hint of floral lavender, creating a non-alcoholic punch that stands out. This mocktail offers something different from classic fruit punches without being hard to prepare.
When I serve this drink, friends always ask for the recipe. It’s easy to make in batches and looks beautiful in a pitcher with fresh fruit garnish.
If you want a drink that feels special but is still easy to make, this recipe is worth trying.

Tasting Notes
When I take my first sip, I notice the fresh sweetness of pineapple right away. It tastes bright, yet gentle.
The fruity flavor is not too sharp. The hint of lavender comes next.
It gives a delicate floral scent that’s light and calming. The floral note doesn’t overpower the punch, but adds a layer of interest.
The drink has a soft, smooth mouthfeel. It feels refreshing, not heavy or syrupy.
I like that there is no strong aftertaste.
I also notice a light tang that makes the punch lively. The bubbles (if I use sparkling water) make each sip crisp.
On a warm day, I find it cool and soothing. The colors and aroma feel inviting.
The balance of sweet, tangy, and floral flavors is very pleasant for me.
Substitute
Sometimes I just don’t have every ingredient for my Lavender Pineapple Punch Mocktail. Here are a few swaps I’ve tried that keep the drink tasty, or at least interesting:
Possible Ingredient Substitutes
- Lavender syrup:
- If I can’t find lavender, I’ll make a simple syrup at home and toss in a drop of vanilla. It’s not the same, but it works.
- Chamomile syrup is a gentle, floral option too, though it’s not always in my pantry.
- Pineapple juice:
- Mango juice gives the drink a sweeter twist—sometimes I like it better, honestly.
- Orange juice is easy to find and works in a pinch.
- Soda water:
- Lemon-lime soda makes everything sweeter and extra fizzy. Not a bad thing.
- Ginger ale brings a little spice, which is fun when I’m in the mood for something different.
Sometimes, if I’m out of fresh juice, I’ll just toss in some frozen pineapple chunks. They cool the punch and add a burst of flavor—kind of a win-win.
All these swaps can be mixed up in the same order as the original recipe. I like to experiment with different combos to see what hits the spot.
