Ingredients

• 2 oz coconut rum
• 1 oz lavender simple syrup
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 2-3 oz prosecco or sparkling wine
• Fresh lavender sprig for garnish
• Ice cubes for shaking

For lavender simple syrup:

• 1 cup water
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons dried culinary lavender

Instructions

• Add coconut rum, lavender simple syrup, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
