Ingredients

  • 1 oz white rum
  • 1 oz gold rum
  • 1 oz dark rum
  • ½ oz overproof rum for float
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • ½ oz lime juice fresh
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz passion fruit syrup
  • ¼ oz grenadine
  • ¼ oz orange juice
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 maraschino cherry garnish
  • 1 orange slice garnish
  • Optional: dry ice for fog effect—see safety note

Instructions

  • Add white, gold, and dark rum, plus pineapple juice, citrus juices, passion fruit syrup, grenadine, and orange juice to a shaker filled with ice.
  • Shake for 10–15 seconds until well chilled.
  • Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Carefully float the overproof rum on top by pouring it gently over the back of a spoon.
  • Garnish with a maraschino cherry and orange slice.
  • Optional: For a foggy effect, carefully drop a small piece of food-grade dry ice into the glass. Wait until fully dissolved before sipping.
